Upon Customer Arrival

1. Customers are required to contact VP24 approximately 40 minutes before their arrival at the terminal.
2. An expert VP24 staff member will await the customer at the terminal, ready to take charge of their vehicle and park it.
3. After a quick inspection, the keys will be handed over to our staff, allowing the customer to proceed to check-in in a relaxed and worry-free manner.
4. We remind customers to plan their arrival at least 2 hours before the check-in time.

Upon Customer Return

1. Upon landing, customers are encouraged to contact VP24 before heading to baggage claim.
2. The VP24 staff will already be waiting, ready to return the vehicle at a prearranged point near the terminal.
3. Any delays or changes to plans should be communicated to VP24 promptly to ensure seamless service.
