Procedure for Departure Valet Service

Please call 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time, then drive to Düsseldorf Airport.

Meeting point: We will meet at Kiss & Fly at the terminal, area B - C - exit 10 - 11 (departures).

A Marspark employee will be waiting for you. After a brief check of your vehicle, the employee will drive your car to the parking area. For your safety, please record your mileage, etc., to avoid misunderstandings.

Your car will be parked during your trip at the following locations: Kieshecker Weg 142, 40468 Düsseldorf, E-Plus Straße 3, 40474 Düsseldorf, and Mollsfeld 10, 12, 14, 40670 Meerbusch.

Procedure for Vehicle Return:

Step 1: Call. After landing, please call the parking provider once you have left the baggage claim and cleared customs (if applicable).

Step 2: Go upstairs. Use the elevator or escalator to go upstairs.

Step 3: Vehicle handover. A Marspark employee will meet you at exit 10-11 in terminal B-C to return your vehicle.


Important Information:

The entrance height is 2.2m.

The parking provider only accepts the following vehicles: cars up to 2.1m in height and 5m in length.

Please note that Marspark drives your vehicle a maximum of 16 km (round trip 32 km) to the parking lot, where it will be safely and securely parked during your absence.

Delays or extended vacations must be immediately communicated in writing via email and by phone to the parking provider.


Please provide the exact date and time of your arrival and departure. It is especially important to accurately specify the departure time.

If you are delayed by up to one hour, your booking remains valid, provided you inform Marspark in advance. However, if the delay exceeds two hours, your original booking will be canceled, and you will need to make a new reservation.

This only applies to departures. There are no changes for arrivals. In this case, the company is not obliged to park or otherwise provide the vehicle.


Prices and Payment Terms: If the vehicle is not picked up within the agreed time, a daily usage fee of €30 will be charged (in case of delay). If informed in advance (24 hours), this amount is reduced to €20.

If the customer returns earlier from their trip, we will charge a service fee of €50. If informed in advance (24 hours), no service fee will be charged.

If you cancel your trip and wish to return early, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact Marspark via WhatsApp or email.

If we do not receive notification within this time frame, you may experience a waiting time.
