Are the parking lots always open?

In most cases, ParkinGO facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check by simulating an online booking if the parking lot is open at the time you wish to check in and check out.

Is there a shuttle service? Is it free?

When I return from my trip, how do I notify the parking lot? Do I need to call you when I return?

Yes, after collecting your luggage and reaching the meeting point, call one of the numbers on the parking receipt that is issued to you upon acceptance.

Are you insured?

The price of parking always includes insurance against theft and fire.

Is a reservation required?

Booking is always recommended, but it becomes highly recommended during peak seasons.

How long does it take to reach the airport terminals?

The shuttle service transports passengers to the terminal within a few minutes. Some locations do not have a shuttle service as they allow you to reach the boarding areas on foot in just a few moments.

Is advance payment required for booking?

No, prepayment is not mandatory, and the booking can be paid directly at the parking lot. We recommend online payment to speed up the acceptance process at the parking lot.

Is the payment system secure?

ParkinGO uses encrypted Stripe and Paypal systems for received payments. In this way, we can guarantee maximum security as required by international PSD2 regulations.

Why was my payment rejected?

Major debit and/or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) are accepted. If you receive an error from the payment gateway during the payment process, we suggest trying to make the purchase with another card.

Can I change my booking?

Minor changes in times and other data, such as license plate and vehicle model, can be made directly at the parking lot.
For changes that do not fall under these conditions, contact the relevant facility of the booking by email. You can find the address on the parking page or your booking confirmation.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by contacting the relevant facility by email. In case of cancellations, a penalty is foreseen as per the Terms and Conditions.

I've lost my booking details! What do I do now?

Don't worry, send an email to info@parkingo.com or call 0331 073400 (Mon./Fri. 9:30-13:00/14:30-17:00) for a second copy of your booking. To confirm your identity, include the details necessary to locate the booking (ParkinGO facility, name and surname, check-in date).

How do I locate ParkinGO?

On the website, each parking lot has its own page containing useful directions to reach it.

What should I do when I arrive at the parking lot?

Upon arrival at the parking lot, present your booking confirmation (received via email), and our staff will proceed to register your car and inform you about the return procedures.

Can I park a natural gas or LPG car?

All parking lots on ParkinGO allow gas-powered cars (natural gas and LPG) to park.

Where can I find the GPS coordinates of the parking lot for my navigator?

On the parking lot's web page, the app, and the booking confirmation, there is an "open map" or "start navigator" button.

What if I change my car and the license plate indicated in the booking?

Minor changes in times and other data, such as license plate and vehicle model, can be made directly at the parking lot.

What if I don't receive the confirmation email?

You probably didn't enter your email address correctly during the data entry. After making the booking and any payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the specified address. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, contact the reference facility.

Can I request a car wash?

ParkinGO offers a range of services beyond parking, including car washes. Check during the booking process or at the acceptance desk if the service is available.

Do I need to register?

You can book and purchase parking without registering. However, we recommend that you register for free to access your reserved area and benefit from dedicated loyalty programs.

Can I change from an outdoor to an indoor parking space?

ParkinGO offers both covered and uncovered parking spaces. If you have booked an uncovered parking space and would like to change, ask directly at the parking lot about availability. The difference must be paid directly at the acceptance desk.

I work for a company: can we establish a corporate agreement so that my colleagues can also benefit from special rates?

I'm departing from Milan Malpensa and returning to Linate: how do I retrieve my car?

If your return takes place at a different airport than your departure, we will transfer your vehicle between the two ParkinGO facilities.
This service is offered upon request. Contact the departure facility to check availability.

The most common transfers are between the following airports:

  • Milan Malpensa - Milan Linate
  • Milan Malpensa - Bergamo Orio al Serio
  • Milan Linate - Bergamo Orio al Serio
  • Rome Fiumicino - Rome Ciampino

Can you perform maintenance work on my car during the parking period?

Upon request, our affiliated service centers provide tire changes, oil changes, and inspections. And if you arrive with an empty fuel tank, we can have your car refueled upon your return (payment accepted: cash).

How can I recognize your staff at the airport?

ParkinGO shuttles are branded and easily recognizable, as are our operators who always wear the ParkinGO uniform.

Do I have to pay a surcharge based on the size of my vehicle?

Yes, but only if you have an oversized vehicle such as vans and campers.

Do I need to report any bulky luggage?

If you are traveling with bulky luggage (surfboards, windsurfing boards, bicycles, ski equipment, machinery, kennels for transporting animals, etc.) contact the reference facility to check the feasibility of transportation and learn about the procedures.
