The shuttle service is included in the price of the parking, here are the instructions:
- Customers should leave their car at our offices at Autovía del Este 8, 46930 Quart de Poblet, Valencia;
- Our shuttle service will take them directly to the airport;
- Upon return, the pick-up point is located inside P6. To reach the point, once you exit the terminal, turn left for 150m and follow the signs "P4 and P6" through a covered passageway.
Alternatively, you can book the car valet service (extra service):
- The service, once purchased, must be confirmed in advance to our customer service department with the exact time of arrival on +34 681 380 091;
- The car will be parked at our area a few minutes away from Valencia Airport by one of our qualified staff;
- On your return, the car will be in the same spot where you left it. Please leave your return flight number.

- On the day of collection, customers have up to 2 hours to collect their vehicle. Thereafter, an additional day's parking will be charged. To collect the vehicle outside office hours, customers must arrange the time in advance with the car park. The additional charge is €40, provided that the operator is available to carry out the service. If the car park operator is unable to wait until the time requested by the customer, the vehicle will have to be collected the next day, resulting in an extra day's parking charge.
- ClickExpressParking is not responsible for customers missing their flights if they are late for their appointment. Customers must arrive sufficiently early to execute the storage contract. This is a simple procedure to check the condition of your vehicle and record the mileage, to ensure that your vehicle will only travel the necessary distances. If customers do not wait for this contract to be executed, they consent to the contract drafted by our personnel.
- The depositary must remove non-fixed and removable accessories. ClickExpressParking will not be responsible for the loss or theft of these.
- ClickExpressParking will be responsible for damages not included in the damage report sheet or in the photographic report that are larger than 10 cm in size for bumps or scratches, or, failing that, which can be identified photographically.
- ClickExpressParking reserves the right to move vehicles should an urgent need arise or for internal operations.
