Arrival

On the day of your trip, drive directly to Stuttgart Airport. Please call the driver 30 minutes before the scheduled car drop-off time at the mobile number. Only after your call will a driver wait for you at the agreed meeting point.

After your return to Stuttgart Airport, your car will be ready for pick-up. No phone call is necessary on your part. A Parkoa staff member will personally hand over your vehicle. After you have rechecked your vehicle, you can continue your journey home.

Return meeting point: Level ARRIVAL – At the PARKING LOT of TERMINAL 3

Please note: The entrance to the meeting point is associated with costs for us that are not included in the booking but are covered by us as a service. Therefore, we cover the costs for a maximum of 1 hour.

Thanks to LIVE flight tracking, the vehicle will be driven to the meeting point when the status is "Arrived". After 30 minutes, the parking ticket will be validated, and you have 30 minutes to exit. (MAX. 1 hour)

If you have provided us with your return flight number, everything will run automatically thanks to LIVE flight tracking! The vehicle will be ready for return on time.

If you have not provided us with your return flight number, we will bring your vehicle to the agreed pick-up location and prepare it for pick-up 1 hour before the planned return time to the airport. You bear any additional costs incurred.
