Arrival:

On the day of your trip, please drive to Fabrikstraße 23, 70794 Filderstadt. To access the parking spaces of Parkoa, please use the entrance to the underground garage of the Zweirad-Center STADLER. The parking spaces are located at the rear of the underground garage.

Please contact the driver’s number 20 minutes before your arrival. Upon your arrival, a parking space will be assigned to you.

Please park exclusively in reverse. If you have difficulties, a driver will be happy to assist you.

Afterwards, a driver will take you by shuttle bus to Terminal 3+4 on the departure level, which is also your pick-up point.

Please note that there may be poor mobile phone reception in the underground garage. During peak hours on weekdays between 6:00 and 8:00 AM heading towards the airport on the B27, the transfer may take 4-6 minutes longer.

Return:

To reach the meeting point on the departure level TERMINAL 3+4, after collecting your luggage, please go up one floor or use the elevator or escalator.

Please contact the driver only when you have reached the meeting point to be picked up. Calling prematurely may cause the driver to arrive at the meeting point while you are not yet ready to be picked up.

This can lead to inappropriate waiting times as the Kiss-and-Fly zone has a maximum stay of 8 minutes and the driver can only return to the meeting point after 15 minutes.
