On the day of collection, customers have up to 2 hours to collect their vehicle. After that, an additional day of parking will be charged.

For vehicle collection outside of office hours, customers must arrange a pickup time with the parking lot in advance.
The additional cost is 40 €, provided that the operator is available to perform the service.

If the parking lot is unable to wait until the requested time, the vehicle must be collected the following day, with an additional day of parking charged.
