On the day of departure:
Please call your valet 30 minutes before arrival at the station at the number provided in the booking confirmation.You will receive an SMS the day before the booking from Green Valet customer service. The message will contain the car pick-up address and the valet's number.
Please respect the appointment time or inform us of your new arrival time as soon as possible.
On the day of your return:
You will receive an SMS from the Green Valet valet within 2 hours before your arrival. Be sure to provide your return train number in the notes as the valet will follow your train in case of delay.
Upon arrival, you will find the driver waiting for you with your vehicle where you left it.
Good to know:
Parking upon return is limited to 10 FREE MINUTES. Any excess for delays will be charged to the customer.
If dates and times of arrival or return change, you will need to contact Green Valet customer service.
The vehicle pick-up time corresponds to the start time of the booking.
Before validating the booking, it is important to verify the phone number provided in your customer area where the valet number will be sent;
The valet will take a photographic inventory of your vehicle and take it to the official Green Valet parking (900 meters from the station).
