Parking near the Port of Hamburg cruise terminals with shuttle service

ParkinGO, in cooperation with Hansa Parking, offers a convenient and affordable parking solution for passengers departing on a cruise or ferry from the Port of Hamburg. Leave your car in a monitored parking area and reach your departure terminal using the shuttle service operating at scheduled times.

Strategic location

The car park is located near the Port of Hamburg and is a convenient option for cruise and ferry passengers. The shuttle service allows you to organise your transfer to the departure terminal and your return journey to the car park.

Port shuttle service: schedules and mandatory booking

Transfers between the car park and the cruise terminal are provided by shuttle buses operating at scheduled times.

Shuttle schedule:

• Departures from the car park: 08:00, 10:00, 12:00 and 14:00.
• Pick-up from the cruise terminal for the return journey: 09:00 and 11:00.

Important: you must reserve a seat in advance for both the outward and return journeys. After booking your parking space, reserve your shuttle seat using the link sent in the booking confirmation. To complete your shuttle booking, simply enter your vehicle registration number or booking reference.

Please arrive at the car park at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. If you have not booked a seat or arrive late, an on-time transfer cannot be guaranteed. The shuttle service is included for up to 4 passengers per booking. An additional charge of €10.00 applies for each extra passenger for the return shuttle journey.

Parking security

Your vehicle's security is a priority. The parking area is equipped with CCTV operating 24 hours a day and is monitored throughout the year. Security services are provided by specialised external operators.
