Loyalty Program Regulations

PARKINGO LOYALTY PROGRAM REGULATIONS FOR AFFILIATED CUSTOMERS
Regulations valid from December 1, 2015, to June 30, 2018

The ParkinGO Loyalty Program is promoted by ParkinGO Group SPA, with registered office at Via Fabio Filzi, 2 – 20124 Milan, VAT and Tax Code 09276010965, operating under the ParkinGO brand.
To participate in the program, it is necessary to request the ParkinGO Card at ParkinGO acceptance points, provide name, surname, and email address, and complete the registration within the reserved area at my.parkingo.com.

1. Participants

Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 at the time of requesting the ParkinGO Card at ParkinGO acceptance points can participate in the program.

2. Duration

The program is valid for 24 (twenty-four) months from December 1, 2015, to June 30, 2018. After this period, any accumulated and unused points will be converted into coupons based on the remaining points threshold (see details below). Enrollment in the Loyalty Program is completely free.

3. Request and activation of the ParkinGO Card

When requesting the ParkinGO Card, the customer must provide their name, surname, and email address at ParkinGO acceptance points. Within 24 hours of retrieving the car at the relevant ParkinGO facility, the customer will receive an email with a link to complete the registration and activate the ParkinGO Card by filling out the online form.

4. ParkinGO Points

Enrollment in the ParkinGO Program is personal, and loyalty points accumulated can be used by the ParkinGO Cardholder and/or the person responsible for making reservations for company employees. It is not possible to transfer, exchange, and/or accumulate ParkinGO points between two or more individuals, even if they are enrolled in the same program.
Enrollment in the Loyalty Program guarantees the ParkinGO Cardholder the attribution of points for each stop made at ParkinGO facilities.
For every 2 Euros spent on parking services, 1 ParkinGO point will be credited. ParkinGO points cannot be converted into cash.

5. Allocation of Points

ParkinGO points will be credited to the registered customer's account and/or the corporate account held by the person responsible for employee reservations upon the car's exit from the relevant ParkinGO facility (at the end of the parking period).

6. Use of Loyalty Points

Upon reaching the required score, as per the prize table in the following point 7, the employee and/or the person responsible for making reservations can request the chosen service within the reserved area when booking a stop at one of the ParkinGO facilities. The points corresponding to the requested complimentary service will be deducted from the points balance assigned to the customer's and/or the person's account within the company responsible for making reservations for employees.

7. Prize Table

Upon reaching the point thresholds defined by these regulations over a two-year period (see art. 2 - Duration), each ParkinGO cardholder can access the following prize table:

300 Car valet (single journey)
400 Full car wash
600 € 10.00 voucher not cumulative for use on parking and services

8. Bonus

Upon issuing the ParkinGO Card at ParkinGO acceptance points, 20 points will be assigned to the customer's account as an "entry bonus" to the ParkinGO Loyalty Program. The points will be credited starting from the first stop made, simultaneously with the issuance of the ParkinGO Card.

9. Points Expiry

If, at the agreed expiration of the ParkinGO Loyalty Program (June 30, 2018), the account holder has not used all accumulated ParkinGO points, or a part of them, the remaining ParkinGO points will be converted as per the following table:

0 to 200 Points will be automatically reset
201 to 500 1 voucher worth € 5.00 for parking use
501 to 1000 1 voucher worth € 10.00 for parking use
Over 1001 1 voucher worth € 15.00 for parking use

10. Withdrawal

The ParkinGO account holder has the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel their registration in the ParkinGO Loyalty Program by accessing the "Profile" section and clicking on the appropriate link "Request the deletion of my data."
In this case, ParkinGO points accumulated up to that moment and not used will be reset, and the ParkinGO account will be permanently deleted from the ParkinGO Group S.r.l. database. This also applies if the account holder, after canceling the registration, requests a new registration in the program.

11. Changes and/or Suspension of the ParkinGO Loyalty Program

ParkinGO Group SPA reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or integrate the participation conditions, bonus allocation, ParkinGO point allocation, registration methods, or other procedures described in these regulations at any time. Changes will be posted on the my.parkingo.com website and will be considered effective 30 days after their publication.
