Before reaching out to us, please take a moment to carefully review the guidelines below regarding parking and assistance procedures. This will help us handle your request more efficiently and provide you with the best possible support.

Check the Parking Guidelines:

- Vehicle Relocation During Parking
During your stay at our parking facilities, vehicles may be relocated to different parking areas from where they were initially dropped off. This allows us to optimize space and ensure the best service possible.

- Claims
Any claims must be made before leaving the parking area. To do so, please fill out the complaint form available at our facility. Claims submitted after departure cannot be taken into consideration.

- Bodywork Damage
Complaints about superficial scratches less than 1.5 mm deep and no longer than 2 cm will not be accepted. For more significant damage, please report it immediately at our check-in point.

- Items Left in the Car
ParkinGO is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles. We advise you to remove all personal items or leave them in our secure check-in area before departing.
