Costing like a normal city call, will be possible to book your car park lot with and any extra

services talking directly with an operator. The web site confirms its first and most important position of all

booking channels of ParkinGO; nevertheless we can’t forget that lots of our clients rather speak on the phone that type on the

internet. Furthermore, many of our bookings come directly from the car meanwhile the passengers are already on their way to the

airport, and in these cases a loud-speaker phone call from the car is better and safer.

As a consequence, we have decided to offer our clients an alternative low cost way to book.

Our clients will be able to choose either to book by web site, mobile app or Call Center.

The client calling the ParkinGO Call Center will have the chance to speak directly with an operator who will give suggestions and

advices.

The Call center is easy to use: just call the number 0039 02.79.79 and

tell the operator:

- The departure airport or port ( ITALY )

- Check-in and check-out date

- Name, Surname and email address

The operator will give you the total price and in a few moments the booking will go through! The client will receive like always the

confirmation of the booking by email and we will never ask for credit card payment by phone.

Our Call center will be opened from Monday to Saturday, from 8am till 20pm and Sundays from 8am till 18pm.
